Interactions on the Fly: Catch the 13 Essential Communication Techniques and learn them from fly-fishing!
Martha Hahn teams up with Tom Coates and his Salmon River Scenic Run to provide experiential Communication Training through fly-fishing.
Interactions on the Fly is a 2-day workshop involving training, skill-building, and one-on-one coaching while floating and fishing the Salmon River in Idaho.
Using the rich, natural environment and fluid techniques of fly-fishing, you will capture the 13 Communication Techniques and develop your natural interactive style. Nature is a great mirror for showing us how we show up in the world. We will use this mirror to practice and accelerate our professional interactions, becoming effective communicators at every level in our business or personal situations. The 13 techniques include the 4 Elemental Active Listening Skills, the 5 Effective Techniques for providing Feedback, and the 4 Exceptional Questioning Skills.
The workshop also includes instruction on the basics of fly-fishing, lessons on the fishing territory, and expert guiding by outfitter Tom Coates and his company, Salmon River Scenic Run.
