Leaders on the Fly: Discover the 6 Leadership Principles Leaders can learn from fly-fishing

Martha Hahn teams up with Tom Coates and his Salmon River Scenic Run to provide experiential Leadership Training through fly-fishing.

Leaders on the Fly is a 2-day workshop involving training, skill-building, and one-on-one coaching while floating and fishing the Salmon River in Idaho.

Using the rich, natural environment and fluid techniques of fly-fishing, you will capture the 6 Leadership Principles and develop your natural style. These principles include Surveying the Territory, Matching the Hatch, Getting Followers to Follow, Knowing what to do about the Bears, Keeping Followers on your Line, and Adding to your Fly Box.

Nature is a great mirror for showing us how we show up in the world. As such, this workshop is designed to ignite your talent and allow you to master leadership skills that will take you to a higher level. It is suitable for all levels of inspired leaders and managers.

The workshop also includes instruction on the basics of fly-fishing, lessons on the fishing territory, and expert guiding by outfitter Tom Coates and his company, Salmon River Scenic Run.
