Leadership Development through Fly-Fishing
Because...
Leadership development is critically important
Leadership development can be fun
Leaders on the Fly is an experiential training where you will learn the six essential leadership principles and develop your natural style
And...
Interactions on the Fly is where you can catch the 13 essential communication techniques for effective interactions as a leader
I am offering...
* On various dates throughout the summer of 2005, 2-day workshops involving leadership and communication training, skill-building, and one-on-one coaching while floating and fly-fishing the Salmon River, Idaho. (See below Leaders on the Fly and Interactions on the Fly)
* Free, 1-hour introductory tele-class on the Leadership Essentials you'll want to know to get ahead. October, 2005. Limited to 30 participants -- call or email to reserve your spot.
* Three-month Leadership Group coaching tele-course -- Leaders on the Fly: Shoreside. Based on the Leaders on the Fly workshops, Shoreside will cover the six essential leadership principles. Concepts, such as surveying the territory, matching the hatch, and adding to your fly box will become your "field-guide" as you learn critical leadership skills. As a group you will work together to develop your natural leadership styles. In between classes, you will be given assignments for incorporating learned skills into your daily activities. Shoreside will be a 90-minute tele-class, 2X per month for 3 months. Class size will be limited to 15 leaders. Cost will be $199.00 per person.
